Our fixed rate electricity tariffs might be a little more expensive than our variable tariffs but you have the security of picking your own renewable electricity price, rather than having it imposed on you.
What are the terms and conditions of the fixed rate renewable energy tariff?
When devising our fixed rate renewable energy tariff, we wanted to offer consumers assurance alongside flexible terms and conditions. Our cancellation fees, for examples, remain some of the cheapest in the industry.
- When you sign up to our fixed rate renewable energy tariff, you sign up for one year.
- You can leave any time after your first 28 days, although you will have to pay a cancellation fee.
- The cancellation fee is currently £25.
- There is no cancellation fee for moving house.
