We are committed to:

• Increasing the number of British homes and businesses using renewable and low-carbon electricity.
• Increasing the expansion of renewable power stations through construction of our own hydropower generators.
• Supporting microgenerators.
• Minimising our company's impact on the environment.
• Cutting down the amount of waste we produce and recycling all the we can.
• Acting as an ethical employer and investor.
• Behaving in a responsible way towards our customers.
• Responsibly managing our finances.

Specifically, we:

• Take a 100% renewable energy supply for our premises.
• Support microgenerators - we are one of few companies who will offer over and above the standard 3p/kwh for feed-in tariff export in certain circumstances.
• Construct, through our sister business TLS Hydro, new British hydropower facilities.
• Reuse and then recycle paper.
• Recycle printer cartridges.
• Encourage our employees to use public transport on company business.
• Hold our corporate accounts with sustainable bank Triodos. Our customers' electricity payments are then used by Triodos for ethical loans and investment. Triodos are experts in renewable energy and climate change, microfinance, organic food, arts and culture.
